I, like many other Floridians, am a transplant!  I was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and grew up in Akron, Ohio before relocating to Florida in 1980.  Originally settling in St. Petersburg, I moved to Hillsborough County in 2000.  After working for national homebuilders as an on-site sales representative I made the transition to general real estate.  The builder experience was invaluable not only because I learned the building process but also because I learned to listen to what customers want and need.  

My philosphy is simple:  I treat people the way I want to be treated.  I understand that even though every buyer and seller is different  they all are looking for an experienced professional to walk them through their transaction.  My open line of communication keeps my clients "in the loop" so they understand the process.  I am very familiar with housing options in Hillsborough County and can guide those who are relocating to our area to finding the neighborhood that best suites their budget and lifestyle.
